It was a hot and muggy summer in Alabama. In the afternoon, terrific thunderstorms would roll in. Skirts were short, hair was long, and \”Puff, the Magic Dragon,\” with its deliciously illicit resonances, played on the radio. We were mere infants, and I\’m surprised that our parents allowed us to get married. But, of course, they were young too….
Can you tell who\’s who?

I've been thinking about you two all day, and hoping you're celebrating well. Congratulations & much love–A
Thanks, Alison!
Well, if you go by the crescent moon eyes you're on the left!
Jaimie, you're right (the hair bow is also a clue).
Lali…..those are wonderful to view, as I studied them I was amused by baby Ed who holds his head still in the same way and your smiling laugh which uses all the muscles in your face, in fact the laugh is total you coming from your being! It reminds me of how I sometimes look at the first pictures of my baby sons and are amazed at a gesture seen in the photograph which is still there in the grown man.
Dona, I think that with practice one could draw accurate pictures of the adults that babies will become. Some dog breeders, I am told, can look at newborn puppies and tell what kind of dog they'll grow into.
